Job Description

  • Collaborating projects efficiently cross functions and departments, both locally and regionally.
  • Understanding root cause of issues, constructing solution to eliminate issue and mitigate future risks, and implement and monitor performance.
  • Tracking business requirements and process / system solutions.
  • Managing and reporting timelines and deliverable.
  • Communicating with direct report on status, risks, and results.
  • Driving the project towards completing, with a high sense of ownership and quality.
  • Anticipating and escalating issues quickly and efficiently, as necessary to allow proper corrective action/decision.

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in BIG FOUR companies, Consulting Companies or Investment Banking is a plus.
  • An ideal candidate must be: Ambitious, Pro-active, collaborative. Grit and positive attitude are also required core competencies.
  • Willing to learn how to work within a team and independently.
  • Hardworking, methodical and very structured.
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to learn in a fast moving environment.
  • Equally comfortable presenting to direct report as to front line workers.
  • Excellence in English communication both writing and speaking. Skill in Chinese is also preferred.
