About the Challenge

As our Project Performance Representative your role is to facilitate the communication between Lamudi and it’s end-users. The customer service representative is responsible to handle inquiries and/or complaints and provide solutions in the most-effective and timely manner to represent the company in the best possible way.

This can be in form of responding directly to user’s questions through email/phone/chat, lead screening for our clients or by directly approaching users to support in the search process by finding properties for matching the user’s requirements.

Your mission is to ensure that people making inquiries on Lamudi listings are best supported along their Lamudi property search experience.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Screening of leads/inquiries quality for various purposes
  • Direct communication with users to provide support in finding more properties matching user requirements

Who are we looking for:

  • Ideally 1+ years experience in a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
  • Well-organized and structure working style
  • Team Player
  • Fluency in spoken & written English
  • You are willing to work in shifting schedule
