Job Description

  • Melakukan monitoring kunjungan vendor kebersihan dengan target kunjungan 2 kali sehari setiap ATM
  • Melakukan koordinasi ke Bank untuk pelaporan pengelolaan 5.600 ATM secara harian, mingguan, dan bulanan kepada Bank
  • Membuat pelaporan bulanan yang berkaitan dengan kunjungan kebersihan dan penagihan jasa kebersihan setiap bulannya
  • Menginvestigasi komplain terkait ATM yang dikelola Jalin dari Bank atau vendor
  • Melakukan sanggahan denda ke Bank dan atau mengenakan denda ke vendor

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimal S1 dari segala jurusan
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidangnya (infrastruktur ATM)
  • Mengutamakan kepuasan pelanggan
  • Mampu berkoordinasi dengan baik kepada perwakilan Bank khususnya Bank Himbara
  • Jujur dan bertanggung jawab, serta disiplin dan mampu menjaga integritas
  • Bersedia bekerja secara mobile di wilayah Jakarta dan BSD
