The role

Due to an increase in business demand, we are currently recruiting for the role of part-time administrator for weekend shifts. The role will require you to work from home.

You would join our Customer Success team, where you would respond to routine emails and social media messages from our customers and assign the rest to specialist teams within the company, such as sales and academics.

What you’ll get:

Competitive salary plus you would also be eligible for the company profit share scheme.

Weekly training and ongoing support will be provided.

28 days holiday per year (pro-rata).

Job Specification

  • You will check the main inbox and social media accounts from 9 am – 5 pm Saturday and Sunday, responding to all emails and social media messages.
  • You will filter the remaining emails into various specialist folders such as sales and academics.
  • You will respond to feedback on the quality of your work and be open to improving your skills.
  • You will proactively report any problems you encounter to your line manager and/or the rest of the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential criteria

  • A minimum of 1 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent grammar and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills both through the spoken and written word.
  • Excellent soft-skills in areas such as empathy, active listening, willingness to assist and engagement.
  • A desire to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious with the ability to work independently.
  • Enthusiastic and open to feedback.
  • You should have the ability to solve problems yourself but also ask for help when you have exhausted your own attempts at solving the problem by yourself.
