Josh leads a team of strategists within ICF’s Digital & Experience Design group. His intense zeal for making user engagement with digital products and services easier is the catalytic force behind his strategic mindset. Josh’s career has been spent developing countless digital marketing plans and helping clients navigate the ever-evolving landscape of social media. He’s worked with Fortune 500 commercial clients in the health, technology, financial and energy sectors. Josh has also provided consulting to many government agencies, including the U.S. Departments of Energy, Health and Human Services, State, Agriculture and others such as SBA and NASA. He is a former U.S. Army cavalryman and started his career as a newspaper journalist. Residing in northern Virginia with his wife, daughter and two dogs, Josh enjoys gaming, podcasting, hiking, gardening, painting, Netflix binges and being a Yelp Elite.
