Jonathan Rubin believes that a little User Experience can make government work a whole lot better. As User Research Team Lead at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, he helps enhance the Bureau’s User-Centered Design capabilities, enhancing research teams and reducing barriers to customers. He entered public service at the General Services Administration, where he was the manager of the First Fridays Usability Program and the DigitalGov User Experience Program. He is a Certified Usability Analyst, co-chair of the Federal User Experience Community and past board member of the UXPA DC Chapter. He lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and his comic books.
