Jo is an entrepreneurial social scientist and human-centered practitioner who designs meaningful experiences. She combines strategy, story, and Design Thinking methods to co-create with clients and solve challenging problems. Jo has been designing and facilitating learning experiences in businesses, universities, and communities for more than 15 years. She also teaches *Foundations of Design Leadership* at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), hosts the Designing Experiences Podcast, and co-leads the OpenIDEO DC Chapter.
